Who is required to maintain a fiscal representative in Portugal?
Anyone who satisfies the following two criteria must maintain a fiscal representative in Portugal:
- You are not a resident of an EU/EEA country.
- You have tax obligations in Portugal (e.g. you own a home, a car, are employed or self-employed in Portugal).
